OBJECT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rules applicable to the sale of furniture and the organization of workshops offered by Atelier Popi. Any order implies acceptance of these GTCS.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Furniture and various creations:
Each piece is unique and handmade.
Sales are made through the e-shop for small items. For larger pieces and those in the “corner” section, sales are made directly via email or in person at the workshop.
The availability of items is indicated on the e-shop and for others directly on the website.
Unique furniture:
Each piece is unique and handmade.
Sales are made directly via email or in person at the workshop.
The availability of items is indicated on the website. The price is listed on the furniture page. If not, it is no longer available for sale.
Semi-custom furniture:
Each piece is unique and handmade.
Sales are made directly via email or in person at the workshop.
Custom furniture:
Each piece is unique and handmade.
Sales are made directly via email or in person at the workshop.
Workshops:
Number of participants limited to 6 per session.
Workshop accessible from [minimum required age].
Materials provided unless stated otherwise.
PRICES & PAYMENT
E-shop:
Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT.
Accepted payment methods: Credit card and PayPal.
Order confirmed only after payment is received.
On the website and for items sold directly through email or at the workshop:
Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT.
Accepted payment methods on-site: Credit card, bank transfer, cash.
Order confirmed only after payment is received.
Semi-custom and custom furniture:
Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT.
Accepted payment methods on-site: Credit card, bank transfer, cash.
Payment in two installments: A first deposit of 40% to confirm the order, and the remaining 60% upon delivery of the order.
Order confirmed only after the deposit is received.
Workshops:
Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT.
Accepted payment methods on-site: Credit card, bank transfer.
No cash payment for the first workshop, but subsequent workshops can be paid in cash at the beginning of the workshop.
Order confirmed only after payment is received.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
Delivery available in Belgium, France, and the EU – see conditions on the e-shop.
For direct orders, delivery will be arranged together.
Atelier Popi is not responsible for any damage caused by the carrier.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Small furniture:
Right of withdrawal within 10 days after shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refund issued upon receipt of the item and depending on its condition.
Custom and semi-custom furniture:
No refund of the deposit.
Any order started is due.
Workshops:
Cancellation possible up to 7 days before the workshop.
No refund in case of late cancellation, except in exceptional cases.
Rescheduling is possible, depending on availability, up to 5 days before.
RESPONSIBILITIES & INSURANCES
Atelier Popi cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the furniture.
During workshops, participants agree to follow safety instructions.
Atelier Popi cannot be held responsible for injuries or material damage.
PERSONAL DATA & CONFIDENTIALITY
The information collected is intended for managing orders and workshops.
No data will be sold to third parties.
Compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The creations of Atelier Popi are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW
These GTCS are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
