Atelier Popi, that's me: Alix Nicolas.
Trained in drawing at La Cambre, then in cabinet-making and carpentry, I work at the boundary between design and artistic practice. Wood, plexiglass, glass — colour and light as compositional materials. Everything is made by hand in Brussels.
Popi is the nickname my friends have given me for over ten years. It became the name of the studio.
